Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Information Technology Support Specialist role located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and information technology systems.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
- Ability to provide help desk support in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or CCNA are a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is also preferred
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in speaking English and good communication skills
- Local language level preference at least B2 level

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Up to €250,00 per day
Expected hours: 16 per week
