What You'll Do:
As a Sales Executive for the Swedish market, you will be working with all our B2B products and you will be responsible for attracting and maintaining our largest customer accounts on the Swedish market. Proactively visiting customers and prospects, generating leads and partners and make sure we find the ‘big ones’ out there!

You will maintain relations with your customers, setting up Key Account Plans, making sure the customers get the products, services and attention they deserve - and to make sure they stay with us!

You will be the Allente key representative and negotiator in these opportunities and ensure that you together with the customer transfer the details and nuances of the agreement into a contract.

In addition, you will play an important role in defining the customer needs, both long term (for our B2B Strategy) - and short term (to land that next big opportunity!).

*To do well in this job, we think you should have *these experiences and skill-sets:

  • University degree within relevant field (Law, Business, Equivalent)
  • Extensive experience from B2B Sales and Business Development of large accounts, and experience from operating a broad product portfolio
  • Extensive experience from Public Procurement (“Offentlig upphandling”)
  • Solid experience from building solutions for customers based on their needs that we identify in close dialogue with customers when visiting them
  • Strong drive and entrepreneurship - always looking for a new way of working, while “selling what’s on the truck”
  • Self-sufficient in negotiations and contractual design - legal competence positive, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - with a way to build trust with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Flexible mindset and way of working - able to “think on your feet”
  • Bringing energy to the team
  • As the role involves international tenders it is important that you have a strong proficiency in English in both speech (for presentations and sales meetings) and writing (for the tenders we submit)
