Director - AI Technology & Solutions
- As part of our leadership team for digital ecosystem of the firm, you will lead the AI CoE and work with a federated team of experts across our business functions, alliance partners and global KPMG network. Reporting to our firm's CTO, you will instill an AI-first mindset across the firm and steer alignment of our AI strategy with the KPMG's global framework for AI. You will also play a key role in leading the AI culture change and equipping the firm with new AI capabilities.Zurich

Joint steering all firm-wide efforts for AI-enabled business solutions
Co-creation of AI solutions with our internal teams & alliance partners
Risk, & compliance framework for responsible AI solutions
Curation, management, and distribution of reusable assets
Liaison with KPMG network on AI strategy, technology, and solutions
Champions AI innovation and growth across business divisions
AI technology evaluation, incubation & implementation governance
Educating the firm on AI capabilities, its potential benefits, and risks
Creation and publication of thought leadership work

The role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership traits, and the ability to steer and influence AI efforts in a multi-disciplinary and federated organization model
Relevant educational qualifications in AI with experience in assessing, designing, and delivering AI-enabled solutions and technologies
Strong credentials in field of applied AI in business context
Relevant experience with mainstream AI technologies and offerings (e.g., Microsoft AI platform services)
Relevant understanding of responsible AI practices and techniques
Active practitioner in areas of digital solution delivery mechanisms (agile, lean, devops, cloud etc.)
Strong collaboration, stakeholder and change management
Strong communication skills - fluent in English, German will be useful
