Duties:
- Assist clients in the buying and selling process
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire sales experience
- Help market and advertise properties for sale
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses
- Canvass and tout for open houses and events
- Stay updated on housing trends and changes
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid UK driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Word, Excel and Outlook
As a trainee estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs. You will help clients buy and sell properties, provide guidance throughout the process and stay updated on market trends. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. If you are passionate about proeprty and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.
This is an entry-level position. Previous experience as an estate agent or a similar role is not required.

Salary: £21,285.00-£28,500.00 per year
