We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Out of Home Customer Development team in Solna focusing on the acceleration of growth for our Ice Cream category at Swedish Out of Home customers (E-com, HORECA, Convenience).

JOB PURPOSE

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for execution of the commercial strategy and business plan together with your customers.
You will have a role in selling and influencing, in the short-term customer collaboration and relationship build with your customers.

Your goal is to drive and accelerate ice cream category as well as drive Unilever competitiveness resulting in turnover growth, market share gain and improved profitability of your accounts.

We are looking for highly driven person with a growth mindset and previous service trade customer experience with strong track record as well as category or brand experience. You will be working with multiple customers.

You will need to develop excellent relationships throughout your customer connections, to maximize your mix and the volume opportunity as well as in store availability (on/offline).

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Overall responsibility for your customers/account’s growth delivery according to plan.
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy and customer business plans
  • Work in close collaboration with your customer team as well as category team of Category Managers, CSP, Brand Managers, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Execute promo plan and manage promo investments
  • Manage the customer P&L
  • Ongoingly and actively strengthen the relationship between Unilever and the customers, building customer collaborations.

In this role, you are also responsible for short term managing the continuous cooperation with the customers including negotiating trade terms and investments according to Unilever strategy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • You have a growth mindset with great drive and ambition towards result-oriented commercial work
  • You thrive from customer collaboration and negotiations.
  • You have past experience and a proven track record of successful key account management/customer relationship management brand building and/or category management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing is a plus.
  • Previous experience from Key Account Management within the Service trade in Sweden is a plus
  • Previous Service trade experience from a customer side is a plus
