We are looking for an energetic and inspiring individual with excellent communication skills to join our award-winning education team.
With the expansion of our education and clinical services occurring simultaneously, this is a very exciting time to join the education service at Farleigh Hospice. We are involved in delivering education to local Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Agencies, Community Nursing teams, GPs, Paramedics and other Health Care Providers in the area and across our whole Integrated Care System, as well as a comprehensive programme of education for our own clinical staff. In addition to teaching this diverse audience, both face-to-face and virtually, the Lead Practice Educator will work closely with the Head of Education and Research to design the teaching programme, make new contacts and links with other potential users of our service and assess staff competencies.
