• Retail Customer Service Assistant - Part Time - £10.50 per hour._

Our team in our freshly refurbished store are looking for a dynamic, hard working person to join the team on a full time basis with overtime when needed.

• Responsibilities:_
• Provide excellent customer service, face to face with a friendly and professional approach.
• Authorising Fuel and Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
• Stock replenishment of the store & receiving deliveries.
• Keeping the inside and outside of the store clean and tidy.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Bakery/Food to go:_

We also provide a wide range of food to go products, including a hot counter with hot food offerings, you will also get fully trained within the Bakery section.

• Skills:_
• Strong etiquette and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and providing accurate change.
• Organizational skills to keep track of customer orders and maintain a tidy work area.
• Ability to upsell products to increase sales revenue.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
