About the role:

As part of our innovative team, you'll help businesses achieve excellence and stakeholder trust through certification, verification, assessment, and training services. Through partnering with our customers, you´ll also assist in building sustainable solutions at our customers and their stakeholders, across different types of industries.
As a result of further growth of our Business Assurance Unit in Sweden we are looking for qualified Lead auditors within multiple management system standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and desirable 27001.
Tasks May Include
As a Global Lead Auditor, you'll work both independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
You´ll lead global key customer projects, manage contract execution, and support sales.
Furthermore, you´ll develop audit plans, conduct audits, manage larger certification projects, within multiple standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 - normally at the customer’s premises - in a wide variety of industries.

About you:
Requirements:
- Relevant education and 4+ years of management system experience
Proficiency in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and desirable 27001:
Varied breadth of industry sector experience
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written
- IRCA Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor course completion
Personal qualities
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Proficient in coordinating and managing assigned Auditor Teams
- Demonstrated commitment to value-add auditing, including working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client relationships
- Preferred commercial and sales skills.
