We would like to offer you the position of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will report to Senior Sales Manager and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with new equipment installations, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree required Biomed
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Haves
- Orthopedic, or O.R.\ (Operation Room) Experience
- 1 year of Medtronic Neuroscience (Pain, Brain or Spine) Clinical Specialist or Sales Representative experience plus 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales Experience
