About The Role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Bar set up and prep.
- Dispense of beverages in a timely manner.
- Responsible for cash handling.
- Ensure good working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Attend training and meetings as and when required.
- Up-sell and maximize sales whenever and wherever possible.
Contribute to other team duties. - Ensure the responsible sale of alcohol in accordance with the law.
- Adhering to best practice health & safety at work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working Bar
- Be over 18 as club runs after nidnight
- A friendly positive can-do-attitude
- Must be fluent in English both written and oral
- Must have an excellent telephone manner
