Responsibilities:
As the Retail Operations Leader, your primary duties will include:
- Leadership: Provide strong guidance to the store team, ensuring motivation and the delivery of outstanding customer service.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day retail operations, encompassing inventory control, merchandising, and overall store upkeep.
- Sales and Profitability: Enhance sales and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
