We are a newly established in commercial Diving firm, and we are looking to build our team. This position is that of an admin/ logistics coordinator. We have underwater projects globally that require a great deal of logistics including: arranging the travel for the dive team, moving the equipment from country to country, sourcing and procurement of materials. This position will also include contact management. This job will be part-time (hours per role vary) from an office in Galway. You will work closely with members of our Team, many of whom are in California, others in Sweden. We are interested in working with someone who has an interest in business development.
Must have planning, organizing and diary management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
