Customer Onboarding Analyst | 6 month contract | Galway
The Role:
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to complete data transfer tasks within agreed timelines.
- Cleanse and refine data as necessary to amplify its precision and dependability during the transfer process.
- Devise meticulous data maps, outlining fields, attributes, and relationships, to guarantee data consistency and coherence.
- Diligently oversee data transfer activities, promptly troubleshoot challenges, and rectify any inconsistencies.
- Maintain unwavering data security and adherence to relevant regulations during the manual data transfer.
- Collaborate with IT teams to refine data transfer requirements and improve performance of functions.
- Methodically document data transfer procedures, workflows, and encountered hurdles for future reference.
The Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3-4 years strong data/administration experience.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of strong Excel experience.
- Track record of data management and data-related processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with adept troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
- Knowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with financial or credit management systems is an advantage but not essential.
In Return:
- 6 month contract with a weekly payroll.
- Attractive hourly rate of €16-18 per hour DOE.
- On-site parking.
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5,30pm (no weekends).
- Located 10 minute drive from Galway City (please note you will need to drive as the office is not commutable via public transport).
