Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Contract
Term: 12 months
Rate: €500 - 540 per day
Location: Galway. Hybrid

We Value Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Background in working with cross-functional teams in a tech environment.
- Financial services industry knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Your Role:
As a key player in a scrum team including Salesforce engineers, QA engineers, and systems analysts, you'll focus on delivering crucial customer features. Your agile mindset, problem-solving prowess, and organizational skills will drive the team towards success, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges the gap across distributed teams.
Your Impact:
- Foster meaningful relationships within the business, contributing to a visionary team environment.
- Promote team performance by encouraging effective practices and removing roadblocks.
- Coordinate agile ceremonies and support tools like Jira to streamline processes.
