JOB BRIEF
Responsibilities:
- Training and guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style
- Forging relationships with key stakeholders across diverse user base
- Supporting and educating Product Managers how to refine and maintain the product backlog
- Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
- Coaching the Development Team to be productive and effective
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
- Provide management with high level tracking tools to monitor progress on and across multiple work streams.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience
- Leadership experience in software product world, ideally within Financial Services / FinTech
- Scrum certificate like Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
- Expert knowledge of Scrum methods & techniques
- Advanced Agile mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC
- Previous experience working with Global Teams
- Fluent English
