JOB BRIEF

Responsibilities:

  • Training and guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style
  • Forging relationships with key stakeholders across diverse user base
  • Supporting and educating Product Managers how to refine and maintain the product backlog
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
  • Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
  • Coaching the Development Team to be productive and effective
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
  • Provide management with high level tracking tools to monitor progress on and across multiple work streams.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • Leadership experience in software product world, ideally within Financial Services / FinTech
  • Scrum certificate like Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
  • Expert knowledge of Scrum methods & techniques
  • Advanced Agile mentoring and coaching skills
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Thorough understanding of the SDLC
  • Previous experience working with Global Teams
  • Fluent English
