Cleaner / Officekeeping - Full-Time - Wrocław:
Workbase is seeking a dedicated and organized Cleaner / Officekeeping to join our team in Wrocław. As a Cleaner / Office keeping, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings
  • Support the HR department with various tasks
  • Cook warm every day for the team in the lunch-break (fully equipped kitchen)
  • Prepare drinks for team-members as ordered digitally
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • You live already in Poland and you speak good English:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
4500 - 8000 PLN monthly, depending on skills.
