We're looking for a Product Owner with a Passion for Product Development and a Background in Software!
Your Role:
As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Workbase. You'll work closely with our product
- and development team, leveraging your experience in software development to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Ticket Management*: Create and organize tickets in alignment with our product roadmap, ensuring clear and concise descriptions for development tasks.
- * Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient product development.
- * Backlog Management*: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the capacity of the development team.
- * Product Strategy*: Contribute to the product vision and strategy, bringing your unique perspective to improve our platform.
- * Feedback Integration*: Act as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team, incorporating feedback into the product development process.
Approximate Salary: PLN 10000 - 24800 - net/month - B2B
Approximate Salary: PLN 8200 - 20400 **- gross/month - Permanent contract

Qualification
- * You have good English skills. The entire company's communication is in English only.*:
- You have completed a (technical) university degree or an IT-related apprenticeship, are self-taught, or have gained experience in an agency or self-employed job.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
- Solid understanding of React concepts and component-based architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools, such as Webpack or Babel.
- Nice to have: Node.js, GraphQL, Websockets
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
