As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes and daily routines that create the backbone of DNV.
About the role:
We are seeking a HCM Application Consultant for our team based in Gdynia, Poland.
In your role you will:
- Application analysis and configuration
- Alignment with vendor
- Communication with users
- Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment;
- Contribute to HCM release management by regression testing and monitoring the relevant documentation and community platforms
- Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements / future developments of the process
- and IT solutions;
Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements;

About you:
To maximize your chances, you need:
- Knowledge of HR-IT solutions (e.g. Core HR, Individual, and Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, etc.), preferably Oracle HCM Cloud modules;
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR business processes;
- Experience in standard IT support processes including ticket handling
- Self-driven with the willingness to take ownership in work tasks
- Focus on delivery of results and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to tight deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organized and proactive;
- Team-oriented and good networking and interpersonal skills, also across cultures and organizational boundaries
- “Hands-on” mentality
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English;
- Willingness to learn and keep up with changes
- Reasonable international travel must be expected.
