- Position Title:Crewing Officer / Crewing Executive:
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 4 pm)
Salary Package:Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus:
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and the planning of crew changes and following up with relevant parties.
- Assist with all crew issues.
- Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
- Preparation of crew's payroll.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Assistant Crewing Manager / Crewing Manager.

- Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the marine industry
- Personalities with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, take the initiative and well organized
- Able to work fast under pressure
- Able to multi-task and work independently
