OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE (Training provided)
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound chat support in a timely manner.
- Perform the required call verification process prior updating customers' information or providing account information.
- Identify and handle customers' enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM/Diploma/Degree with 1 year working experience in Customer Service or Call Centre.
Open for Fresh Graduate without experience (Training provided):
Proficient and fluent in Mandarin.:
Team player and cooperative.
Applicants should be Malaysian.:
Willing to work on shift hours and work at KL Sentral.
- Applicants should be able to work in rotational shift.

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
