Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to ensure collective duties & responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Responsible for coordinating with Logistics team in Singapore for purchasing direct material.
- Process purchase orders and handle order placement to meet production demand.
- Coordinate with Logistics team in Singapore on finished goods for overseas shipments.
- Responsible for raw materials position to adhere to target inventory policy.
- Liaise with Custom/Exim Department on shipment issues.
- Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated.
- Work closely with production on exception materials.
- Prepare and submit custom documentation.
- Perform quarterly monitoring of local purchase items through price review and evaluate supplier performance.

- Min Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willing to be posted to Vietnam.
