About the role:

  • Works closely with the SCPA Planning Team, Operation Manager, and Area Manager in Australia on all matters relating to Invoicing, Subcon Handling, and Collection
  • Generate accurate invoices for clients, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with the company procedure
  • Send the invoices to the clients and respond to their clarifications
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in the invoicing process
  • Process the invoices and expense claims for the subcontractors
  • Handle disputes on invoicing and collection
  • Assist with month-end closing on revenue and cost accruals
  • Any other necessary administrative work related to activities/projects
  • Any other work assigned as and when required as per the line manager

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Work experience in managing customers/clients and working with teams in different cultures
  • Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and systems (i.e. Oracle)
  • Able to handle a large volume of transactional tasks daily
  • Pro-active and can work independently

This position reports to the Regional Business Controller, APAC IME based in Singapore.
