- Position Title:Retail Assistant / Bakery Retail Assistant:
- Working Location: IMM, Chinatown Point, Bedok Mall
- Working Hours: 6 days (2 shifts, 7.00 am - 4.00 pm; 1.00 pm - 10.00 pm)
Salary Package:Up to $1800 (including allowance + incentive + OT):
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and display bakery items and products on the shelves and counters.
- Replenish and refill display counters with fresh stocks of bakery items.
- Monitor expiry dates and shelf lives of products.
- Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and perform packing for customer purchases.
- Ensure compliance with all food & hygiene safety standards in bakery shop.
- Answer queries from customers and assist in making recommendations according to customers’ needs.
- Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Assist with stock check.
- Maintain neat and systematic storing of products and perform daily housekeeping.
- Manage orders on FoodPanda, Grab Food, Deliveroo delivery apps.
- Prepare simple daily report.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
