Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (English + Mandarin)
Location:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience:3 to 8 Yrs
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Strong English & Mandarin Communication and inter-personal skills.
- Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
- Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills
Good-to-Have
- Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases - Mandatory
- Flexible to work.
Salary: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
