Jinghong PTY Limited is a supplier for high quality bathroom, kitchen and other building hardware products to builders, renovator and home owners. We are renowned
among our customers for the prompt and satisfying after sales service. We need *2 Plumber Assistants *to assist plumber during the installation process and provide the after sale services to our customer.
Position Requirements:
- You are required to work on weekends, at least 30 hours a week;
- Reliable and physically well to handle various works;
- Excellent communication skills;
- You need to have excellent time management skills to prioritize your daily works;
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
Job description:
- Follow the instructions of plumber, unpack according to the installation process, and classify the unpacked parts;
- Assist plumber to support all kinds of works required by the installation site, to ensure the site is tidy and all the parts are organized orderly that can be easily access to, to provide effective support works to plumber;
- Help other drivers to load and unload truck for delivery;
- Checking delivery dockets to ensure the products are correct;
- Carry out the after sale services, to assess product faults and determine if the replace is provided;
- Perform the product warranty repair services as required;
- To follow the work safety procedure and ensure the storage are well maintained;
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and working area.
Hours of work: 30 hours or above per week
Shift: Monday to Saturday
