Hours of work: at least 30 hours per week
Responsibilities of this role:
- Assisting cabinetmaker in working from drawings and specifications to make cabinets.
- Measuring, cutting and shaping materials to the proper sizes.
- Assisting in fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers and shelves.
- Assembling parts to form sections of cabinets and completed articles under instructions.
- May assist in repair and refurbish cabinets.
- Packing and loading finished products for transportation.
- Cleaning work areas, tools and equipment.
- General factory clean up and assistance.
Job pre-requisites:
- Experience is not mandatory but relevant experience is preferred
- Physically fit and hard-working attitude
- Actively cooperate and coordinate with other teammates.
- Be self-motivated and good problem solving skills
