We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales and revenue potential across your market segment with a focus on relationship building and generating future business from existing and new clients.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications & Experiences
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a corporate sales role (within the hospitality industry preferred)
- Sound knowledge of standard Sales practices
- Previous Sales experience servicing the Govt, Corporate, and Mice segments desirable
- Clean full drivers license
Person Specification
- Public speaking and strong presentation skills high desirable
- Strong ability to build relationships & negotiate sales
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with the ability to adjust work based on priority
- Ability to travel, work independently and unsupervised
- Willingness to assist in coaching and building revenue awareness amongst hotel teams
