We are looking for a commercially savvy CFO to work alongside the CEO in this extremely successful privately owned mid-sized NZ business in the service/health sector.
The values of the organisation are strong around caring for its people and customers, support, business growth and outstanding people.
Sitting on the leadership team this may well be the step up a strong finance person is looking for, or your first CFO position - equally it is a great role for an established CFO wanting an environment where you will have strong influence. You will be responsible for the financial strategy, commercial optimisation, financial management and leadership of the finance team. There is plenty of opportunity to add value to enhance business performance.
This is a business often working on projects or looking at acquisitions, so not your everyday BAU CFO role and lots of transformational change.
You will need to have proven experience at a senior level in finance, CA qualification is highly desirable and be commercially savvy and analytical - a strong change agent and resilient
