We have a *12-24 month fixed term *contract opportunity for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our team in Auckland, this means being part of a team that shares ideas across geographies and time-zones, to push boundaries and go beyond conventional approaches. We're also dedicated to developing and sharing technical innovation and sustainable practices.

Every day will be different and provide different challenges and variety, overall, you can expect to be involved with:

  • Provide technical design advice for structures and multi-disciplinary projects of reasonable complexity.
  • Gain experience in work planning and financial management for local, national and international projects
  • Engage in business operations and understand the impact of works practices on the financial outcome of projects
  • Build and foster internal and external relationships that lead to repeat work
  • Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills.
  • Be passionate about learning and seek feedback to ensure professional and technical career development

  • A passionate and collaborative engineer with a thirst for knowledge and a fresh perspective.
  • A qualified Structural Engineer with a proven track record in design and problem-solving.
  • You have gained your design experience through working on either bridges or building structures and multidisciplinary projects. Having recently completed a graduate programme in a similar consulting environment.
  • An inquisitive mind with strong lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow alongside peers and senior colleagues.
  • Committed to professional development, working towards or possessing professional certification/registration.
