Description:
Our AML Specialist Role:
You'll be responsible for managing a customer portfolio based across New Zealand and Australia completing their end to end CDD requirments.
- As the first point of contact for our customers and their clients - we'll be looking at you to provide an exceptional and efficient experience everytime!
- You will have a dedicated caseload to care for
- You’ll welcome and onboard all of your customers to First AML
- You will complete the end to end CDD (customer verification and due diligence process) process ensuring compliance with the legislation
- Explain processes in easy terms to your customers and answer their queries
- Care daily for your individual caseload, to ensure it progresses through the platform efficiently
Skills and Experiences:
Your Experience:
- Worked in customer service, retail, hospitality or financial services
- Having experience in Anti Money Laundering or Compliance experience would be great, but this isnt necessary
- Your personality allows you to form outstanding relationships with customers
- Working in a fast paced environment
