Are you a natural born planner with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? You'll be the driving force behind developing and executing our events on and off snow. This is a fantastic opportunity to create a truly memorable events schedule and start new traditions for future manuhiri (guests).
Daily tasks may include but not limited to
- Coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution, meticulously crafting each detail to bring our guests' visions to life.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external event participants and organisers.
- Oversee event logistics and operations, from venue setup to transportation arrangements, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly on event day.
- Assist in event marketing and promotion efforts, working closely with the marketing team to attract attendees and drive ticket sales through various channels.
- Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to continually elevate the guest experience.Applicants require
- Eligible to work in NZ and available June - October.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools, such as event management systems and project management software, is advantageous.
