In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations by managing the distribution of supplies, equipment, and amenities across various guest services areas. If you're detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you to be a part of our team.Daily tasks may include but not limited to

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels of supplies, equipment, and amenities.
  • Coordinate the distribution of supplies and equipment to different departments and locations within the resort.
  • Replenish supplies promptly to meet guest demand and operational requirements.
  • Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of equipment used in distribution tasks.
  • Provide friendly assistance to guests with requests for additional amenities or supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with department managers and team members to coordinate distribution tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when handling supplies and equipment.

Applicants require

  • A clean valid drivers licence and willing to drive in alpine conditions (training will be provided)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in NZ for the duration of the winter season June - October.
