We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead our Guest Services department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to our Guest Services Attendants, and uphold our commitment to creating memorable experiences for visitors. Daily tasks may include but not limited to
- Supervise and mentor Guest Services Attendants.
- Coordinate daily operations, including ticket sales, Snowsports lesson bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Monitor guest flow and queue management systems.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Conduct training sessions for Guest Services Associates on guest service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between the Guest Services department and other resort departments.
- Communicate effectively with resort leadership regarding operational updates, guest feedback, and areas for improvement.
Applicants require
- Available June - October with legal right to work in NZ.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
