Daily tasks may include but not limited to

  • Lead and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Ensure high standards of service and quality in food and beverage presentation.
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Manage stock inventory and conduct regular stocktakes.
  • Supervise monetary transactions and adhere to financial protocols.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to fulfil additional duties as required.

Applicants require

  • A Duty Manager's License, preferably with a Bar Manager's License.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act and related legislation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both team members and guests.
  • Passion for café culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and high energy levels.
