Daily tasks may include but not limited to
- Lead and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure high standards of service and quality in food and beverage presentation.
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage stock inventory and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Supervise monetary transactions and adhere to financial protocols.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to fulfil additional duties as required.
Applicants require
- A Duty Manager's License, preferably with a Bar Manager's License.
- Knowledge of New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act and related legislation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both team members and guests.
- Passion for café culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and high energy levels.
