Possess a solid understandingof HR functions including Compensation and benefit, HRM, HRD, and HROD.
Participate in developing organization structure and HR strategies in order to increase productivity and achieve the business goal.
Collaborate with management to provide guidance on HR related issues (work relation, KPI management, talent program etc.), and offer the effective advice to all stakeholders.
Determine necessary actions to ensure fairness and legal compliance align with company policy and benefit.
Coordinate and facilitate to enhance company capabilities, employee well-being and working environment.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experienced in a HR Business Partner role.
In-depth Labor Law knowledge would be highly considered.
Proactive, team player, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
