Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Assist Product Owner to manage product backlog.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree of Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
2-4 years experience in Business Analyst role.
A basic understanding of software development, be able to hold technical conversations.
Experience in Retail Management System is an advantage.
Knowledge in Retail Management System.
System Analysis and Design skill.
Have Excellent written & verbal communication skills and clearly articulate concepts, ideas and requirements that are understood by Technical & Non-Technical teams.
Good in communication English skill ( read, listening,written, speaking ).
Have great presentation skills and can present your ideas/ thoughts/plans with senior stakeholders with clarity & confidence.
Understanding of Agile methodology and the role & responsibilities.
Strong Database Knowledge [Oracle, MSSQL].
Power BI & VBA Knowledge will be given special consideration.
