How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the Operations in the overall coordination and implementation of personnel and process safety, security, occupational health, environmental, fire protection and emergency response and procedures to meet the company and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage waste area & maintain a process to separate hazardous and recyclable waste.
  • Control chemical master list and permits.
  • Update ESH Training records and submission to government as required.
  • Measurement of the working environment and submit a report to the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
  • Prepare all safety & quality documents for ISO45001/ISO9001 Audit
  • Control process permit to work and contractor management.
  • Provide oversight for contractor work activities including safety and health training, qualification and selection, audits, and program enhancements.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspection to assess safety performance, identify areas of improvement and monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Liaise with Government agencies on EHS matters and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations (factory license etc)
  • Hazzard Identification & Risk assessment of all work in the area, both routine and non-routine.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspection to assess safety performance, identify areas of improvement and monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety/ Science/ Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in EHS related fields or equivalent in a manufacturing industry.
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge on regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, environment as well as ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
  • Strong technical experience in identifying, evaluating and controlling hazards in the workplace
  • Ability to work with diverse group of people ranging from service center staff to management.
  • Bilingual in English and Thai.

About the Team

Our Turbine & Compress Service Center located in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Rayong is easily accessible to our customers in the country as well as in the region. As well as conduction repairs, the service center also acts as a tooling center for SGT800 tool containers that are required for the scheduled outages of the SGT800 fleet in Thailand, which accounts for almost one fourth of the global fleet.
