We are a seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the entire front office operation of a luxury property in Cambodia.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Utilising your extensive background in managing large-scale operations with 500+ rooms.
  • Expertly navigating Opera to optimise efficiency in guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall hotel operations.
  • Showcasing your solid understanding of Excel to analyse data, track performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Leading and motivating a diverse team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing front office operations in a hotel with 500+ rooms.

Fluency in Mandarin is essential.

Strong command of Opera and Excel.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
