Responsibilities:
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
- Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
- Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
- Project Management: Ensuring the alignment with the organization's goals and available resources.
- IT Operations and Support: Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems.
- Assigning tasks, setting priorities and overseeing daily operations.
- Ensuring that team members have the tools and resources needed to perform their tasks effectively.
- Requirements and Skills:_
- +10 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Excellent experience with ERP Systems and developing them.
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Systems.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems.
Salary: E£20,000.00 - E£80,000.00 per month
