Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Export Planning:

  • Develop and execute export strategies to enhance profitability while minimizing costs.

  • Prepare essential export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • International Partnerships:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents, and vendors.

  • Stay informed about ever-evolving international regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Negotiation and Logistics:

  • Skillfully negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements.

  • Collaborate with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Data Management:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive export databases, records, and reports.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Interaction:

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Handle customer complaints effectively, seeking win-win solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement initiatives to optimize export operations continually.

  • Adapt to market dynamics and seize growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience:

  • Proven track record in the export business, preferably within the agricultural sector.

  • Thorough understanding of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements.
