We are Ideas Consulting - an international consulting company. Our main expertise lies in searching and hiring of personnel, training and development of specialists for international logistics businesses. Currently our team is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate *Freight Forwarder * for our Turkey branch (Istanbul) who’d be in charge of the whole supply chain and will organize safe, efficient and cost-effective transportation.
About you:
You arrange the movement of goods across the world for importers and exporters. Your communication and negotiation skills are top notch. You are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices.

What you’ll do:
- Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and leads in the shipping and logistics industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quoting and Pricing: Providing clients with accurate and competitive price quotes for shipping services.
- Sales Calls and Meetings: Conducting sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the freight forwarding company's services.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Knowing of ocean freight and air freight standard operational procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details with excellent follow-up skills
- Professional aptitude, presentation and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Advance computer experience (E-mail, Internet)
- Experience in sales would be a benefit.
