Spare Part Coordinator
Responsible for after-sales with the special responsibility for spare parts sales. The aim is to achieve the optimal market share
Main job duties include the following:
Prepare quotations and orders for spare parts
Follow up open quotes with customers actively
Order and follow up the supply of parts from suppliers/ subcontractors
Handle and follow up the deliveries to customers
Invoicing and payment follow-up
Reporting to Service Manager
Other relevant tasks if needed
English language fluency is a prerequisite (written & oral skills).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge in SAP is considered as an advantage.
Experience in similar position it will be a privilege.
