We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries requiring manpower services.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research and networking.
  • Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our manpower services.
  • Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and quotes based on client needs.

  • Ensure proposals are aligned with the company's pricing and service strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' ongoing needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manpower or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti business landscape and labor market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
