Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries requiring manpower services.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research and networking.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our manpower services.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and quotes based on client needs.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with the company's pricing and service strategies.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' ongoing needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manpower or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti business landscape and labor market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
