Job Summary/Purpose:
Develop simple / complex programs. Participate in new system implementations and prepare developed system documentation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform SAP HCM configurations.
  2. Provide technical support to the end users for SAP ESS/MSS and SF modules i.e. GM/PM and Compensation and perform troubleshooting for system error.
  3. Attend the training on operation systems and software packages used within information systems. Keep up-to-date with new approaches to system development and changes.
  4. Develop and test HCM and SF reports, understand system behavior and report any error to direct manager.
  5. Conduct user acceptance testing with users for any changes done by SAP Team.
  6. Coordinate with users to complete data migration, maintenance and data validation post migration tasks.
  7. Coordinate with the direct manager on escalated technical problems encountered, ensure a feasible solution and update in user's environment.
  8. Assess and provide solutions on SAP and SF, with specialization in HCM.
  9. Assess new technology solution areas and build interfaces to third party systems.
  10. Analyze the functionality of the module and how it contributes to the process.
  11. Provide technical support and solutions for payroll system related issues with coordination with Finance team.
  12. Participate in requirement gathering workshops for SF EC and EC Payroll.
  13. Monitor all integration jobs are running correctly on daily basis and attend to any variations observed.
  14. Design screen layouts and testing scenario for user review in accordance with specification documents.
  15. Prepare required Functional Specifications document for user's requirement as per the standard.
  16. Raise issues to SAP AMS Support team and follow up for proper solution.
  17. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
  18. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
  19. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
  20. Perform other duties as requested by management.
