Sm Community Management Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, moderate, and engage with forward-facing communities on platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Etc.
  • Increase community participation by driving campaigns, interacting and responding to user comments, managing contents, via online and offline channels
  • Work with our internal teams and designers to set, plan, and execute social media and communication campaigns
  • Independently set, plan, and execute social media and communication campaigns with materials generally available
  • Create brand-aware text, image, and video content for social media and professional accounts (content creation)

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Lots of video and image editing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and match the tonal and brand/project specific needs of projects
  • Excellent time management skills
