Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Design & Fitout
, Contract, + Commission(1.5%-5%)
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of our Interior Design company in Muscat, Oman.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans to achieve business development goals.
- Implement effective sales plans, contributing to operational objectives.
- Provide valuable marketing and sales information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepare and complete action plans, ensuring production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends and determine system improvements.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
- Develop field sales action plans to meet marketing and sales objectives.
- Identify consumer requirements, define the market, and analyze competitor's share, strengths, and weaknesses.
Forecast projected business and establish targeted market share.
Requirements:
- Valid Oman Driving License (Oman DL)
- Proven experience in outdoor sales in Oman, with a focus on Interior Design or Fit-out industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English; conversational Arabic is a plus.
- Age between 25-35 years old.
Salary: RO450.000 - RO1,200.000 per month
