Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials)Job Purpose: Lead and drive Management by Controlling the company’s profit, and financial planning and monitoring to achieve the target plan. Planning and Managing Sales with strong experience in engineering -agriculture operations to conform with company policy.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage, and execute daily operation plans and monitor.
2. Serve as part of the Management team to exercise decisions and execute strategy.
3. Review, Analyze, and develop frameworks, and policies, formulate strategies, and plan for the readiness of the operational management system.
4. Steering end-to-end operational processes and improving all projects.
5. Collaborate in Sales, Strategy, and Launch products, ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s goal.
6. Other Assignments are assigned by the President.

Qualifications:
Requirement:

• Preferably Male
• Bachelor or Higher in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• More than 15 Years of relevant experience in management, and business operations, with at least 5 years in executives’ level with high leadership.
• Excellent Management, Strong background in Engineering with Sales skills, and negotiation.
• Experience in agriculture or drone business is preferred.
• Good communication in English is a must.
• Be able to travel for work in up-country and stay overnight.English Level:
