Position Overview
- As our HR Manager in Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions in the Country. You will work closely with our leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolutions to workplace issues.
- Develop and manage effective performance management programs to drive employee productivity and development.
- Implement and enhance people operations processes, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws in Vietnam.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices and policies are compliant.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, employee recognition, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
- Handle HR-related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Verify payroll-related data and address employee payroll inquiries.
Competencies and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR function including Ops and HRBP
- Depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Vietnam labor code & social insurance law related
- Experience in establishing/ optimising hr relevant policy and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good English communication
- Agile mindset, can do attitude, capability of Multitasking
- Experience in fast-pace environment
