Job Purpose**:
European Corporates IG/Crossover Credit Analyst
Job Background/context:
Provide fundamental and market analysis of European Corporates to Credit Trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Credit Trading with fundamental/trading views and analyses related to cash and CDS of European Corporates.
- Analyze Corporate balance sheets, leverage metrics and undertake financial modelling including developing scenario analyses and securities valuations.
- Review bond documents and legal documentation associated with individual corporates and their bonds.
- Review and manage risk on books with trading team.
- Regular client dialogue and interaction required.
- Prepare market commentary and trade ideas for distribution on a daily basis.

Knowledge/Experience:
Proven experience analyzing corporates and/or European credit.
Skills:
- Strong financial analytical skills with experience analyzing legal documents (offering memorandums, M&A agreements, regulatory documents, etc ).
- Strong modelling and presentation skills.
- Attentive to detail.
- Able to perform on a trading desk setting.
- Demonstrate team skills to work with numerous partners.
