Greet, welcome, and direct guests
- Provide accurate information (e.g. program features, pricing, promos)
- Answer guests’ questions about specific programs, products, and services
- Serve guests with food & drinks as part of welcome
- Inform guests about itineraries for each tour
- Ensure that equipment, gear, materials, F&B, etc. are ready for the tour
- Ensure safety of all guests and provide necessary first aid in case of injuries / emergency
- Answer inquiries of guests on tours / events, etc.
- Present topics in an engaging manner, encouraging participants to ask questions and participate in discussions
- Run enjoyable and educational tours and workshops
- Prepare presentations, workshops and the corresponding material
- Liaise with other members of the team for workshop requirements
- Cross-sell products & services
- Coordinate with the store staff in case of returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service
- Inform guests about discounts and special offers
- Provide guests feedback to the manager
- Assist in handling the reception and cashiering functions in case of walk-ins
- Stay up-to-date with new products, programs, and services
- Assist in doing the inventory of supplies / materials used in programs
- Ensure that different farm zones (where programs are to take place) are in order, clean and sanitized at all times
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role (with background in conducting tours, workshops, educational programs is an advantage)
- Understanding of sales process is an advantage
- Must be Arabic-speaking
- Can communicate effectively in English language
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Has pleasing personality and charisma
- Basic math skills / account
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various roles and work shifts (early morning or evening)
- With valid QID / transferable work visa
- Available to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
